How to Use?

1: Login to Asiasoft Passport

2: Select @cash > Top Up

3: Enter the Serial Number and Security Code as shown at the back of your Prepaid Card.

4: Cash Charging completed. Check under My @Cash Information on the new balance.


Why I can't charge my prepaid card?

1. Ensure you have entered the correct serial number. Serial numbers of all AsiaSoft prepaid cards start with two alphabets, followed by 13 numbers. Note: If you are wondering whether a character in the serial number is a 'D' or '0', it is a '0'.
2. Ensure you have entered the security code as shown on the card. All security codes are in capital letters.
3. You may send us a message via Q-Box if you encounter any other problems in charging prepaid cards.


Converting of @cash to Audition Cash

	Step 1: Login to Asiasoft Passport with your Asiasoft Passport Login ID and Password.
	Step 2: Select “AuditionSEA” in the dropdown menu and click “Next” to proceed to the next step.
	Step 3: You should see your Game LoginID and Game Cash Balance. Click on “Charge”
	Step 4: Enter the amount you wish to charge to your Game Account. Click on “Next”
	Step 5: Confirm the conversion by entering the security code as showed in image. Click on “Confirm” to complete your conversion of @Cash to Audition Game Cash
	Step 6: Conversion Completed! You can now login to AuditionSEA and make your purchases in Fashion Mall!
